What will you do as a bookkeeper?This depends on you and your business. I am skilled in every aspect of bookkeeping and can provide as little or as much as you need. Looking to just take a few duties off of your own plate? Looking for someone to take charge of your books? I am here for you, and have a personalized approach for each of my clients.

How much will your services cost?This depends on your business and the complexity of your needs. I work hard to ensure that you're getting the most out of the services for a reasonable and fair price.

What services are provided with bookkeeping services?I offer the following services specifically: QuickBooks (or other accounting software) set-up and advising Accounts Receivable/Invoicing Accounts Payable/Bill Pay Bank and credit card reconciliations Payroll/Payroll reporting & Taxes Monthly financials and analysis Year end reporting and 1099s

Will we have meetings?We can schedule a virtual meeting that fits your schedule. I love to meet with clients to go over the month, discuss the reports and go over any questions or concerns. I understand from experience that business owners can be very busy and meetings can be scheduled monthly, quarterly, or even just yearly if desired. If there's is ever a concern or question, additional meetings can also be scheduled if needed.

How does the process to get started work?Once you know you want to work with me we will schedule an onboarding meeting so that I will have a complete understanding of what your business needs. After that meeting I will send you a proposal and once you approve I will draw up a contract to sign and we will get started. My contracts will always state that the work I do is month to month, and only a 30 day notice is required to cancel my services if your situation changes, or you decide I am not a good fit for you.

Do you file my taxes?At this time we don't file taxes, but will work closely with your CPA or help you find one to ensure the best service is still being provided to you.
